HomeSolutionsBG is a company formed out of a cry for help! Only in this case it was help of a medical nature which proved instrumental to the foundation of the Bulgarian property specialists in 2002.

Whilst on holiday in Bulgaria one of its directors decided to take advantage of alternative treatments offering relief from a range of conditions. Following consultation he was soon regularly lying in a specially infused spa bath, wallowing in hot mud and receiving electrotherapy, to improve his osteo arthritic condition.

During an early session he mentioned his blossoming romance with his host country and expressed an interest in exploring the avenue of property purchase. To his surprise his medical practitioner Dr Krasimir Hristov MD was keen to introduce him to a childhood friend, lawyer and real estate agent - all in one! Step forward Rostislav Shatov.

It rapidly became evident the BG property market was entering a period of unprecedented development and growth. As a result the business decision was taken to promote sales of BG properties to potential clients in the UK.

As business relationships developed through the course of their house hunting, our directors identified some particular  real estate agents they wished to deal with in the Varna area. This decision was based on the honesty, efficiency and quality of service they received from those agencies.

Following a second visit to Varna the purchase of a city centre property was made and all legal matters were satisfactorily dealt with. Out of their mutual personal experience and satisfaction our directors decided to launch HomeSolutionsBG,  which is solely dedicated to bringing the benefits of 'Buying into Bulgaria' to their British clients.

From the beginning of 2003 HomeSolutionsBG has been offering a truly personal service, based on the best tried and tested practices.
