Bulgaria differs from the UK in many ways. So, not surprisingly the favoured method of paying for Real Estate Agency services is not commensurate. In BG the seller tends not to incur all of the costs, instead they are apportioned. Therefore, our policy is to charge a Buyers Commission against the gross price of any property purchased. As an example - you buy a house for 40,000 euro's using our services, we levy a Buyers Commission of 3% against the gross purchase price, in this instance 40,000 euro's. Therefore, in addition to paying 40,000 euro's for the house you pay us an additional 1200 euro's for our work. The 1200 euro's also covers all of your legal expenses in the transaction.
